Dashboard overview
Where to find your widgets, Spaces, billing, settings, and support.
What the dashboard is
The dashboard is your home base for everything after signup: managing widgets, organizing them into Spaces, updating billing, and keeping your account secure.
Open it here: /dashboard.
Key areas (and what they do)
- Spaces: organize widgets into project-like buckets and invite teammates.
- Billing: manage your plan and payment methods via the customer portal.
- Settings: profile details, security settings, and access keys.
- Status: quick system health checks and support links.
Most users start by creating their first widget, then come back here to keep everything organized.
A quick map of dashboard pages
These are the most common dashboard destinations:
- /dashboard: overview
- /dashboard/spaces: organize widgets and invite teammates
- /dashboard/billing: plan changes and invoices
- /dashboard/settings: profile, security, and access keys
- /dashboard/status: health + support links
If you’re ever unsure where something lives, start at /dashboard and follow the navigation tiles.
Common workflows
Most users follow a simple loop:
- Build widgets in the editor (start at /widgets).
- Publish and embed them on your site.
- Come back to the dashboard to organize and maintain.
Examples:
- Client work: create a Space per client → keep widgets grouped and easy to hand off.
- Multi-site: create a Space per domain → avoid mixing environments.
- Team: invite teammates into a Space with the right role.
If you need help choosing an approach, we can recommend a structure based on your site architecture and who needs access.

Support is fastest when we can reproduce the issue.
Please include:

- The platform/builder (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.)
- What you expected to happen vs what you see
- A screenshot of where the snippet is pasted (or a short screen recording)
If your issue involves a social connection (Instagram/Threads/TikTok), also include:
- Which login path you used (Instagram vs Meta vs TikTok)
- A screenshot of the provider error screen (if any)
