Framer Widget Integration
Add reviews, chat & social widgets to Framer with zero layout shift.
Install Steps
- Use an Embed block and paste the snippet.
- Set container sizing for carousels/grids.
- Publish and validate responsive breakpoints.
Best Practice: Use a Component
Don't just paste code into a random frame.
- Create a new Component (e.g., 'Testimonials Widget').
- Inside the component, add the Embed utility.
- Paste your GizmoSauce code.
- Drag this component onto your pages.
This makes it much easier to manage resizing and responsiveness across mobile/desktop breakpoints than using raw embeds directly on the canvas.
Performance Note
GizmoSauce widgets are fully compatible with Framer's hydration. They will not cause layout shifts (CLS) even if you place them near the top of the page, thanks to our Shadow DOM reservation system.
